Private Fees

We are aware that funding your legal defence can add to your anxieties at an already difficult time.

All cases are different, and we will work with you to identify your requirements. By offering this bespoke service, we aim to tailor your legal representation to suit your needs with fees that are manageable and affordable.

We will provide written quotes when requested prior to commencing any work. This allows you the ability to stay in control of your legal fees, by enabling you to choose a fixed price for representation when possible, or staged payments on account.

Fees For Motoring Offences

EXCEPTIONAL HARDSHIP APPLICATIONS
When you have exceeded or will exceed 12 penalty points
£1500-£2000 plus VAT
STANDARD GUILTY PLEAS
E.g. Speeding, Careless Driving, Being on a Mobile phone.
Representation at two hearings
£1000 plus VAT
GUILTY PLEA & SUBSEQUENT SENTENCING HEARING
E.g. High reading Drink driving requiring a pre-sentence report
£1750 plus VAT
